Ingredients(Serves 2)

     
5 strawberries
½ apple
1 banana
1 kiwi fruit
80g pineapple

10 blueberries
35g eggless salad dressing
95g plain soy yogurt
20g fruit syrup
30cc fresh soy milk

Directions
(1) Combine eggless salad dressing, plain soy yogurt, fruit syrup and fresh soy milk in a container. Mix well with an eggbeater. (pic.2)

(2) Remove leaves from strawberries and cut strawberries in half. Peel apple, banana, kiwi fruit and pineapple, and cut them into bite-sized pieces. (pic.3)

(3) Mix all the fruit (except strawberries) with (1). Finally, add strawberries and ready to serve.


* Note: You can choose different types of fruit according to your own taste or what is in season.
