50g burdock, thinly sliced
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp sesame powder
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp miso
Some soy sauce to taste
Thoroughly mix the above ingredients and set aside.
Add salt to boiling water, then add burdock slices and cook for another 5 minutes. Take out burdock slices and drain. Pour dressing on burdock, thoroughly mix and serve.
