1 cup baby carrots
1 cup broccoli flowers, wash and floret
1 cup cauliflower, wash and floret
2 stalks celery, washed and cut into 4” long pieces; save the leaf tops to place on the top of celery for decoration
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 red radish for garnish, cut the top, then around the outside with a small knife, to form the shape of a flower

Homemade Ranch Dressing Dip
1 Cup sour cream
½ Cup buttermilk
1 tsp egg-free ranch dressing powder (Chef’s brand is safe to use)
Directions
1.Add sour cream to buttermilk; mix in ranch dressing powder. Stir until smooth.
2.Arrange the vegetables in a bento tray with a cup of the homemade ranch dressing dip in the middle.
3.Use the celery tops and red radish for garnish.
 
This dish is very popular because of our tasty homemade egg-free ranch dressing dip.
*You can purchase all ingredients at any grocery store.
