  Ingredients (pic 1)

3 seaweed sheets, cut into thin slices using a pair of scissors.
1 pack golden needle mushroom, cut the ends, cleanse and cut each into half.
½ pack fresh bean curd sheet, unfrozen, cleanse and slice (optional)
1 box frying powder, dissolve into cold water and mix well, add 1tbsp oil and store in the fridge for use later.

 
 
Seasonings

1 tsp salt
Some Maggi soy sauce
Some Lemon grass pepper salt

Directions
1. Combine fresh dried bean curd slices, golden needle mushroom and salt, maggie soy sauce and mix with the frying powder mixture. Then add seaweed slices, stir gently. (pic 2)

2. Divide the mixture into small portions, and fry in medium heated oil until golden brown. Remove from heat and drain oil. Arrange in a plate, sprinkle lemon grass pepper salt and ready to serve.
