1. Cleanse gluten sausages and drain. Tear into small pieces by hand. (It’s tastier this way.)
2. Cleanse coriander, thinly mince
3. Fry gluten pieces in medium heated oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
4. Add sesame oil in a heated pan, add all seasonings and fried gluten sausages. Mix well and simmer under low heat until the gluten sausages are thoroughly soaked with flavor. Remove from heat and arrange in a plate. Sprinkle minced coriander and ready to serve.
