10 slices of ginger
2 chili peppers
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp black vinegar
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp sesame oil
Vegetable and fruit natural seasoning to taste
1. Cleanse and drain gluten sausage. Tear into small pieces by hand (Its tastier this way). Fry in oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
2. Cleanse ginger, chili peppers and basil. Thinly slice ginger and cut pepper into sections.
3. Add sesame oil in a heated pan, fry ginger until fragrant. Then add pepper and fry for a little while. Add soy sauce, black vinegar, sugar, natural seasoning and fry quickly until savory flavor is emitted. Add gluten sausage pieces and mix well. Remove from heat, sprinkle basil and stir well. Arrange in a plate and ready to serve.
