500g of flavored Vegetarian chicken (cut into small pieces) 2 big green bell peppers (diced into 1.5cm pieces) 2 Carrot (diced into small pieces) 1 cup of frozen baby peas 1/2 cup of fried peanuts(fry the fresh peanuts in hot oil until crispy) 2 table spoons of Vegetarian Mushroom Oyster sauce 2 table spoon of soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper 2 table spoon of crushed fresh ginger 3 table spoon of cooking oil 2 freshly chopped red chili (Optional)
Preparation
1. Heat up oil in a fry pan.
2. Add ginger (& chili) and stir fry for a few minutes until fragrant.
3. Add chicken pieces and Mushroom Oyster sauce, soy sauce, black pepper. Stir fry for a few minutes until chicken pieces turn lightly brown.
4. Add green bell peppers, carrots, baby peas and peanuts into the mixture and stir fry for 3 to 5 minutes until peas are done.
