  Ingredients

8 slices Soy fish
50g celery
70g Onion
1 Tomato
Oil - for frying

Seasonings

2 Tbsp Tom Yum paste
3 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Seasonings
150g Water

Method
1. Heat oil and fry the soy fish until golden brown and set aside.

2. Mix all the seasonings with water and cook in a pot for 7 minutes.

3. Pour the sauce over the soy fish and Serve while it is hot!
