On the vegetable farm at Raising Center, one can often hear songs of happiness. Under the clear blue sky dotted with white clouds, everyone would be singing while looking after the fields and, at the same time, feeling happy at the sturdy growth of the baby vegetables and fruits.

Sister Huei-Ling Yu said that there were a lot of local inhabitants living near the vegetable farm. The children there are pure and simple. They often stayed close to us and watched curiously how we planted the vegetables and fruits. They also shared our happy working atmosphere. When we taught the children to sing a Chinese children's song, lder brother and father are really great. Their names and status brighten up my family... The intelligent children were rather smart in learning to sing it! But when we tried to learn some Cambodian words, our awkwardness was obvious. When the children saw Master's photos that we were wearing, they very much liked them and asked for them shyly. After having gotten the photos, they disappeared happily. However, they appeared again after a while and held some candies in their small hands to give back to our sisters. How lovely were these little angels!
