Sweet Potato Yokan
Pumpkin Soup with Coconut Milk
Ingredients
(pic.1) 1 Black tea bag or some black tea leaves 200cc boiling water 1 tsp honey or brown sugar (to taste) 1 tsp ginger juice (pic. 2) 5ml milk
Add tea to boiling water for 3~5 minutes. Remove tea. Add honey, milk and ginger juice. (pic.3) Stir well and serve. (pic.4)
* You can add more ginger juice if you would like to feel warmed up after drinking the tea.
