Thank you for your generous donation of $5,000.00 from The International Supreme Master Ching Hai Mediation Association to the Coalition for the Homeless. I am sorry we were not able to attend the fashion show in New York. Your generosity is most inspirational to us, especially considering that the show was not a financial success.

Thanks to your support we continue to offer critical services, ranging from a mobile soup kitchen to a summer sleep-away tamp for children and from crisis intervention to permanent housin. These programs ease the suffering of thousands of homelss New Yorkers every day. At the same time, our advocacy efforts press for a lasting end to the modern-day disgrace of mass homelessness.

Your compassion makes our work possible. We will keep you apprised-of our progress through out the year. GMHC did NOT provide you with any goods and/or services in exchange for your donation. Accordingly, your gift is fully deductible as a charitable contribution.

With your help GMHC can continue to provide New Yorkers living with HIV and AIDS the support they need to stay alive. In addition, your contribution helps GMHC reach out to thousands of people nationwide with our education, advocacy and medical information programs.

As we see the AIDS crisis worsen, we realize how important it is for all of us to work together to end this epidemic. In the meantime, we must do all we can to give help and hope to those who are already ill.
