Recipe Provided by the Belgium Center

  Ingredients One serving

One serving of cooked soymilk
2 Tbsp five spices vinegar
1tsp sesame oil
1tsp sugar
1.5 Tbsp soy sauce
1Tbsp minced green onions
1Tbsp minced fresh coriander (cilantro) (Pic 1)

Optional Ingredients:
½ tsp natural mushroom seasoning
3-5 drops of hot sauce oil
1Tbsp vegetarian dry meat floss Salt to taste
Half deep-fried twisted dough stick (cut into small pieces and set aside)

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, except soymilk, deep-fried dough sticks and hot sauce oil. (Pic 2) Add boiled soymilk quickly (Pic3) and stir (Pic4). Finally, add deep-fried dough sticks (optional) and 3-5 drops of hot sauce oil.

Note: The soybean residue can be made into sweet sesame pancakes and fillings of vegetarian hamburger. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week or can be kept in the freezer, but it will be less tasty.
