Recipe Provided by Japan Center
A. 250g cake flour
5g baking powder
2.5g baking soda
1g salt
40g whey protein powder
In a large bowl, mix the above ingredients. Sift twice and set aside.

B. 113g butter
120g cane sugar
Melt the above ingredients in a heated pot. Set aside.

C. 225g mashed bananas
25g lemon juice
100cc milk

Some chopped walnuts
Some cinnamon powder
One cake pan, 20cm in diameter

  Baking Directions

(1) Pour the liquid mixture from B into A. Add C and mix well. Finally add the chopped walnuts and cinnamon powder
(2) Grease and flour the cake pan. Turn the pan over to remove the excess flour. Pour in the cake batter and smooth the surface.
(3) Put the pan into the preheated oven and bake at 150C(302F) for 50 minutes. Remove and cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes. Turn the cake onto a serving plate and remove the pan. Cool completely and slice to serve. Enjoy~
