Master’s Love and Blessings
Flow Freely at a Spiritual Feast

[Lima] On October 21, 2005, with much joy and enthusiasm, Lima initiates conducted a video seminar to share the Truth and commemorate the 12th Anniversary of Ching Hai Day. The event was held at the National Public Library of Peru, an institution that supports The Supreme Master Ching Hai International Association with great sincerity and kindness.

On the day of the seminar over three hundred people heard and saw Master convey the Truth. And although the event was scheduled to begin at 5:00 PM, some guests who knew that Master’s video lectures normally attract large crowds came to the venue two hours early. So by starting time there were only a few empty seats. The evening’s spiritual feast then began with a presentation of Master’s video-biography Walk the Way of Love followed by the video-lecture Recognizing Your Own Divine Nature. All during the showings the audience members paid great attention to Master’s profound spiritual message. And afterwards more than a hundred fortunate guests stayed to learn the Convenient Method.

Among the new CM practitioners was a man who said, “I was traveling home by bus after a full day’s work when all of a sudden through the window Master’s picture caught my attention. And upon reading the poster caption ‘Discover inner peace and immediate enlightenment’ I instantly got off the bus to attend the seminar.” The man added that he was filled with much joy and satisfaction for having found a true enlightened Master.

After the Convenient Method meditation session, the attendees were invited to try an assortment of delicious vegetarian dishes prepared with great love by the initiate brothers and sisters. The guests all praised the food for being healthy and for tasting as exquisite as any dish in their daily diet.

Thus the Peruvian initiates celebrated Ching Hai Day 2005 with the public by holding a successful banquet for body and soul that was greatly enjoyed by all. ♥

Leave Everything in Master’s Hands

[Arequipa] On October 28, 2005, local fellow initiates held a video seminar to share Master’s teachings in Arequipa, 1000 km southeast of Peru’s capital Lima, and with Her help the event went perfectly.

Before the seminar, the initiates distributed numerous promotional flyers and placed posters in strategic areas around the city and two journalists, one from a local radio station and the other from cable TV channel Canal 39 UHF interviewed the initiates, providing an additional chance to promote the activity.

Then on seminar day, to break the ice and relax the attendees, many of whom came early, the brothers and sisters showed a DVD in which Master tells jokes to the audience. Next, when the venue was almost filled, the practitioners introduced Master by means of excerpts from Her biography in the sample booklet The Key to Immediate Enlightenment, thus enticing people to read this precious gift from God.

Following the introduction, Master’s video-lecture The Way to Gain the Kingdom of God is through Enlightenment was shown, then a question-and-answer session was held. Some of the more interesting questions asked by the guests were: “Why do we need a living Master?” “What’s the difference between Christ and Master Ching Hai?” “What spiritual practice did Christ’s disciples perform?” “Is it according to the Bible’s teachings to believe in reincarnation?” “How true is it that the origin of all suffering is desire?” and “Is this practice detrimental to my Catholic faith?” Upon hearing answers to these inquiries, many audience members simply nodded in agreement.

Afterwards, a Convenient Method teaching session was held, and most of the participants had good experiences. It was gratifying to see that after receiving the Convenient Form of meditation, almost no one had questions.
 
At the conclusion of the Arequipa seminar, the Peruvian initiates were happy in the knowledge that the best way to do Master’s work is simply to leave everything in Her hands and all will go smoothly. Thank You, Master for teaching us this valuable lesson.♥
