We are pleased to acknowledge receipt of the USD 10,000.00 which the Supreme Master Ching Hai remitted through the Far East Bank & Trust Company for the relief operations of the Philippine National Red Cross in aid of the typhoon victims in Catanduanes. Enclosed is our official Receipt No. 87703.

A relief and rehabilitation project for a 3-month period will be implemented in the Bicol Region, specifically in Albay, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur and Catanduanes. The donation, which is equivalent to PHP 391,176.80 less bank charges, will be included in the funds for this purpose. A report of its utilization will be provided at the end of the project.
