The Revelation Of "Big"-
A View On Master's Celestial Jewelry Entitled "Positive Victory"

Narrated By Brother Initiate Chen Tai Qi, Taipei, Formosa /

In the vast universe, there exists two energies -- Yin and Yang. We are living almost entirely in the Yin, and we receive lots of negative information and ideas every day. This is why the world is full of poverty, wars and pain. If we want to be liberated from this sea of suffering, and furthermore to save the world, we must switch to receiving positive and constructive information instead. To do this, enlightenment is the only way. Enlightenment can wake up the positive power that is originally within us, eliminate ignorance, and balance our Yin and Yang. Such is Master's intent in creating this "Positive Victory" collection. She hopes to elevate the vibration of sentient beings and purify their souls. Here is my view and insight to this collection of Celestial Jewelry. The pearls represent the light of wisdom, while the topaz symbolizes God's light. Under the radiance of these two divine lights, the snake, representing negative desires like greed, anger and attachment, will eventually be influenced and subdued by the light of love to become a positive power. That is why the snake has been depicted with the pure color of gold. Besides, Master has added a unique symbol, " ". This has three meanings: The first one is "infinitely big". Once we have been connected to the power of God, our light of wisdom will reflect back to the secular world incessantly. This is the so-called "infinite light". The second meaning is "the functioning of heaven's way," which is never ending and has no beginning. The third meaning is "human". There is a relevant passage in the Tao Te Ching:

"There was something formless and perfect before the universe was born. It is serene. Empty. Solitary. Unchanging. Infinite. Eternally present. It is the mother of the universe. For lack of a better name, I call it the Tao.

It flows through all things, inside and outside, and returns to the origin of all things.

The Tao is great. The universe is great. Earth is great. Man is great..."

In conclusion, it means that the Tao existed before heaven and Earth were formed. It is empty and quiet, and is high above all of Creation. It is unchanging, and functions incessantly everywhere and anytime. We call it the Tao, and the word great is hardly appropriate to describe it. From the above quote we understand that the Tao can be described as "big". In Chinese pictographic characters the word "big" portrays a person stretching out his four limbs. The sign " " has two circles, which symbolize the function of the Tao. One circle represents the head while the other circle represents the body. One who practices the Quan Yin Method will know that the conjunction point of the two circles is symbolic of the wisdom eye. The two circles, each spinning in opposite directions, point to the paths leading towards either the pure land or the defiled land. Apart from the Tao, heaven and Earth, humans are also big. So, how big is a human being? It is mentioned in the Buddhist scriptures: "One thought encompasses the whole universe." Even heaven and hell are within us. It is up to us to make good use of this rare human body to pursue spiritual practice, and thus find God and the heavenly kingdom within. When we have found our inner God, even if there are many demonic obstacles on our path back to the heavenly kingdom, we will have a "Positive Victory"!
