In the saga of the reclamation of Raising Center, each footprint and each tiny incident tells a story of God's endless and greatest holy creation.

To attract foreign investment and to further develop their agriculture, the Cambodian Ministry of Defence leased 30,000 hectares of land in Kompong Speu to the Tri Star Company. As the company lacked human and financial resources, one of their shareholders, a disciple of Supreme Master Ching Hai, respectfully invited Master to help with the development, because She had been earnestly helping Cambodia in these few years - drilling wells; building schools, temples and hospitals; and donating rice to aid the disaster victims.

Many members of the Supreme Master Ching Hai International Association in many countries are talented people and experts in many fields. All the while, they have been eagerly supporting Supreme Master Ching Hai's charitable deeds: Helping the sick, the poor and disaster victims throughout the world.
