Happy One -Year Anniversary

Celebrating a year of peaceful and uplifting programs

The first week of September Golden Year 4 (2007) marked the first anniversary of Supreme Master Television, a channel exclusively dedicated to bringing positive programming to viewers worldwide 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Striving to offer uplifting programs for the mind, body and soul, as well as a whole new way of presenting TV broadcasting, Supreme Master Television is available in over 12 subtitled languages and offers shows in a variety of up to 40 different spoken languages.

Through a combination of satellite television and the Internet, the channel reaches hundreds of millions of viewers in all parts of the globe. During the past year, we have witnessed an elevation in the consciousness of the global community. Cordial relations from the Middle East to northeast Asia to Africa are being created at a pace that seems to be accelerating each day.

Videoconference with Master

On September 7, staff members at the Supreme Master Television studio were greatly honored to have Supreme Master Ching Hai accept the invitation for a live videoconference to celebrate this occasion. Many had tears of happiness and expressed their gratitude to Master. Master kindly shared Her beautiful wishes for Peace. “Because of others, that's why we work, for the world's stability, for goodness in the world and beauty and for world peace...Only in peace can we build things up, can we build our lives. And we can protect the planet in a more efficient way; only in peace can we think more straight and more clearly, only in peace can we live our lives in beauty and love. That's the life we should live.” It was over an hour of the most jubilant atmosphere at Supreme Master Television's studio in Los Angeles.

Mayor Antonio R. Villaraigosa of Los Angeles, California, sent his congratulations and best wishes to Supreme Master Television on this special occasion. He wrote, “It is my pleasure to congratulate Supreme Master Television on one year of uplifting, positive and inspirational TV programming.… you promote programs of peace and brotherhood, your station offers examples of compassion and love… Supreme Master TV reminds us of our shared humanity and our common commitment to building a better world for ourselves and our children.”

Mayor Jimmy Delshad and the City Council of Beverly Hills award a certificate of recognition to Supreme Master Television for its positive contribution to society.

Beverly Hills Mayor Jimmy Delshad also graciously shared special birthday wishes for Supreme Master Television on our one year anniversary.

Supreme Master Television: It is the channel for all those who love the cause in which Master is a divine guide, a lighthouse, a light in which you say, I want that in my life. It seems like a treasure. Obviously I love listening to Master's lectures. I listen to Her speaking and I am filled with love. It is a blessing that it is happening..... from the studio in the USA showing different languages, how to connect to the world, 24 hours daily, live, heart to heart. The minute I turn on the channel, simply beautiful things, beautiful images from nature, animals, intelligent commentaries and such are on. And I think that it's just great that there are people at Supreme Master Television from so many different countries, and I find the speakers really interesting with their accents. I think that's just great that the many countries get along together on the channel and are working together with a common goal. Happy birthday, Supreme Master Television!

The amount of work that they've put into bring uplifting and spiritual programming to the Internet and to homes all around the world, cannot be summed up in a sentence.
