New Kitchen Unit for the Orphanage

In December Golden Year 3 (2006), our Center hosted a Christmas party for underprivileged children at the Poddunajske Biskupice Orphanage in Slovakia. (Please see News #178 for details.) This event was organized by the charity organization Time 4 Sharing, in cooperation with other volunteers as well as initiates from Slovakia and Austria. Financial support was compassionately provided by Supreme Master Ching Hai.

Soon after Christmas, a new urgent technical problem raised up in the orphanage, so a new kitchen unit was needed. With the loving financial support once again from Supreme Master Ching Hai as well as the Information Technology Company IDS-Scheer Slovakia, a new kitchen unit was ordered.

To date, the kitchen reconstruction is almost finished needing only a little more work. The orphanage director, Mrs. Eva Mojtova, is planning to start using the new kitchen in September Golden Year 4 (2007). She expressed her gratitude to Supreme Master Ching Hai and all others who have provided help.
