Monthly Seminars

[San Jose] Initiates from San Jose were full of joy in sharing Master’s teachings through video seminars at various libraries in the last months, including the Milpitas Library in June, the Saratoga Library in July, and the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Library in August. Guests came to the events after hearing the announcement on our Association’s radio program, from flyers distributed at the Supreme Master Ching Hai International Association Vegetarian House in San Jose and other locations, as well as from receiving direct invitations from initiates to library patrons on the day of the seminar. 
Milpitas is a new fully developed city and many of the inhabitants are young professionals. They showed their joy and acceptance when invited to the event. There were two enquirers from another city who had attended video seminars before. Since then, they have been regularly attending Master’s seminars and sincerely awaiting initiation. One blind person even went as far as taking a taxi from out of town just to come to our seminar in August. She told initiates that she has been a fan of Master’s radio program for over six months. Although she could not enjoy the video image, she enjoyed listening to the DVD entitled “The Mystery of the World Beyond” from Master’s United Nations lecture in New York. This lovely lady was so sincere that she signed up to learn the Convenient Method. She asked for additional material so that her family could read to her. Initiates happily gave her a Sample Booklet and some News Magazines to take home.

In
each seminar, many guests stayed to learn the Convenient Method of
meditation and some asked for initiation. Initiates were very touched
at the audience’s sincerity and depth of understanding.
