Illuminates a Holistic Health Fair

[Belfast] From October 15-16, 2005, initiates from the Dublin Center participated in Northern Ireland’s first-ever Mind Body Spirit Festival, held at W5 Odyssey in Belfast and entitled “Celebrating Life in Balance and Harmony.”

Over the past thirty years, much sad news from Northern Ireland has been broadcast around the world, but since Master’s Lecture in Dublin in June 1999, the consciousness of the region’s people has been noticeably elevated and the situation has changed for the better. The Dublin sisters and brothers knew that our beloved Master has long been concerned about peace in the area, and so it was an answer to their prayers to be asked to partake in this important event.

The initiates were offered a prominently placed booth at the Festival directly in front of the main entrance so the guests received numerous blessings by observing Master’s beautiful face and viewing Her lectures shown continuously on a TV screen. The stand was elegantly draped in royal blue fabric and featured a large portrait of Master in the Center.

Throughout the event, two of Master’s DVD lectures were also presented on a large screen projector in the performance area of the Festival’s exhibition hall to allow more guests to easily see and hear Master deliver Her words of wisdom. After viewing the lectures, many people expressed an interest in learning the Convenient Method of meditation so the practitioners happily provided the Center’s contact details, along with Master’s fliers and sample booklets. Over the two days of the Festival the booth experienced a steady flow of people, many of whom asked questions about Master and the Quan Yin Method. And in general, the initiates found the attendees to be receptive to Master’s teachings, with some hearing of Her for the first time and many pleasantly surprised to learn of a female Master. To the numerous guests who asked if there was a contact person in Belfast, the initiates replied, “We hope to have someone soon!” Also, by the end of the Festival the practitioners were amazed to find that Master’s fliers had all been distributed so they had no option but to offer the visitors free sample booklets rather than see them disappointed by leaving the stand empty handed.

All in all, the Dublin initiates’ participation in Belfast’s 2005 Mind Body Spirit Festival was highly successful, and its perfect conclusion encouraged them to continue sharing Master’s teachings. Thus, the brothers and sisters look forward to expanding the eternally blessed and happy Quan Yin family in the near future. ♥
