Counseling in the Penitentiary

 

On March 28, 2000, the Supreme Master Ching Hai International Association's Hualien Center and the Taiwan After-care Association held a counseling activity for inmates at the Hualien Penitentiary. Bringing the love of Master along with gifts of fruit, local fellow initiates visited the female inmates of Hualien. They conveyed Master's love and concern, and helped the inmates cultivate a more positive and brighter vision of life by sharing Master's teachings through professional counseling. The fellow initiates also taught the inmates the Convenient Method. From each smiling face, we knew clearly that the immense love of Master, like a gushing spring, had nourished their souls.
