During
Her lecture in Rome, Italy, Master gave a very touching speech, mentioning
Jesus and remembering the treatment humanity that had given Him. She
cried a bit, and I noticed the tears on Her face. At some point at
the beginning of the lecture, Master congratulated the translator,
saying that she was very good, and this was a very big relief to the
Quan Yin messenger, the local initiates and me, because we had searched
diligently for the best translator available.
When I scheduled the translator
to come to our place for an interview, the messenger asked her if
she could be a vegetarian for at least two or three days before the
lecture, and surprisingly, she said that she had been a vegetarian
since the age of six. We were astonished and petrified again when
we asked if she knew spiritual terminology and she replied that each
week she wrote reports on the Buddhist Scriptures for a local newspaper.
Wow! There was nothing to say - we were very, very happy, and she
also wanted less money than all the other translators we had called!
