[Sicily] Palermo is the capital of Sicily, an autonomous region of Italy. From November 29 to December 4, Golden Year 4 (2007), fellow initiates from the UK joined those in Italy to organize a much-awaited seminar to introduce the Quan Yin Method of meditation and Master’s teachings for the first time to the citizens of this ancient city. They headed for the streets and spent three days distributing flyers with the seminar announcement and Supreme Master TV promotional news at the town center, bus and train stations, big supermarkets, main historical sites, beaches and parking places. The response was very impressive. Nearly everyone accepted the information with great interest. Some people even recognized Master’s picture and comments like “Ah! Supreme Master Television, I know it” were often heard.

Overall, about 40 people attended the two seminars held on December 2 in a hotel in downtown Palermo and almost half of them learned the Convenient Method. Everyone enjoyed Master’s lecture immensely and most of the new Convenient Method practitioners had amazing inner visions during the short meditation. One young man was so moved that he was nearly in tears. He couldn’t wait to find out how and where to sign up for the full initiation. Another new member of the Quan Yin family felt so blissful in Master’s vibration that he took us all for a great pizza. The seminars ended with a fantastic evening!
