If we raise ourselves above the coarse level of emotion to the finer level of perfect emotion, then emotion becomes a good tool for us. At that time, we dare to laugh and we dare to cry with perfect harmony. And we have no artificial restraints about our feelings anymore. We just know exactly how to react emotionally at the right moment, which brings relief to us and brings joy, or maybe relief to other people.

When we eat each day, we should eat about 80 percent. And leave about 10 percent for water and another little bit empty for the light of God so we feel a little bit lighter, easier and relaxed.

Freedom of speech doesn't mean you say what you want; it's just that you know what you should say or not. Freedom of thought doesn't mean you think what you want, but whether you know what you are thinking is free, is real, is correct, is right or not. Freedom of action doesn't mean you just do what you want, but you know what your actions are and you know what you are doing.
