The spiritual development in Argentina has been hindered due to its large beef production. However, with Master's power at work, some miraculous changes have begun to occur in Argentina.

With the arrival of a Quan Yin messenger, and Master's infinite blessings, all local fellow practitioners felt a tremendous joy. The first activity we started was to prepare a conference to show Master's lectures on video, and to treat all those attended to a Chinese vegetarian dinner.

The invitation flyer also contained a brief account of Master's background and activities. We received a warm response from the media. One of the well-known journalists in Argentina, Mr. Rolando Hanglin of Radio Continental, contacted us for an on air interview, talking directly to his large audience about Master and the Quan Yin Method, as well as announcing the good news of the upcoming conference. During the interview, Mr. Hanglin's questions were kind and comprehensive, and he wound up the interview with thanks for bringing to the public of Argentina a person like Supreme Master Ching Hai and Her teachings, which will no doubt interest everyone.

The day of the conference finally came. Guests started arriving before the scheduled time; the hall was completely packed. They attentively watched Master's videos; their joyful and contented faces revealed their inner recognition and awakened souls. The food we prepared was more than enough, with plenty left over for guests to bring home to share with families and friends. The vegetarian dinner was not only tasty to the palate, but nourishing to the soul as well. The guests thoroughly enjoyed it and praised the food, which was permeated with Master's boundless love.

Many people were willing to become vegetarians, and applied for the Convenient Method. We were thrilled to receive Master's approval in a matter of hours. The Argentine fellow countrymen indeed have great merit. Even though Master was not present physically, everyone present strongly felt Her loving blessings. Some of those who received the Method saw Master's image, past masters, inner light and many other experiences. Then phone calls enquiring about and requesting to know more of Master reached the fellow practitioners in great numbers. For those longing hearts, and with Master's blessings, a second conference was arranged soon afterward.

Among the attendants to the first conference was Mrs. Dora Marin, Special Chancellor of the Pan-American Health Association in the Argentine government, and Advisor on Public Health and Social Welfare to Legislators in the Argentine National Congress, who had heard of Master over three years ago: "Supreme Master Ching Hai is a messenger sent to us by God. She has all the gifts to bring peace to Earth; Her arms are wide open to embrace us all, giving us Her love and teaching us to do the same to each other. Mrs. Marin has totally identified with Master. In fact, her job is to manage funds from the Argentine government in order to provide assistance for floods, famine and disaster's victims. We were particularly impressed by her humility and spirit of service. She naturally joined us in serving dinner after the conference, as friendly and understanding as any family member.

Furthermore, we were contacted by TV cable channel NBS of Buenos Aires, and were interviewed for a program of one hour in length about Master's life, Her humanitarian efforts and the Quan Yin Method. The interviewer, Mr. Norberto Bellino, quite a professional in his job and an experienced man in his field, was touched and moved by Master to the point that, as soon as the interview came to an end, and the lights and the cameras turned off, he immediately applied for the Convenient Method. He said, "I don't need to hear the conference to know that 'this' is what I want.

Miracles kept on occurring - phones rang continuously, passersby stopped and stared at Master's portrait, requesting to watch Master's videos, bringing with them their families, relatives and friends. The good news is spreading. Master, You are compassionately awakening your long-slumbering children. "Thank You are small words to convey our gratitude, yet we can't help but to say, "Gracias, Maestra."
