Appreciation Letter

Last time, when Master visited the Second Prime Minister H. E. S. Hun Sen the need for two excavators to develop an efficient water system was mentioned. In order to help the Cambodian people and their economy, Master immediately promised to contribute the needed equipment. Presently, they have been ordered and are on the way to Cambodia.

The Second Prime Minister Hun Sen expressed his appreciation to Master for Her assistance.

Cabinet of the Second Prime Minister presents its compliments to Supreme Master Ching Hai International Association and with reference to the latter's commitment to provide two excavators for Hun Sen Pilot Development Center has the honour to advise that the type of preference is as followings:：

Excavator MS 180-4 or MS180-3 with a bucket of m3 0.7 MITSUBISHI

It would be much appreciated if the said type of excavators could be provided the soonest possible.

The Cabinet of the Second Prime Minister avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the Supreme Master Ching Hai International Association the assurances of its highest consideration.
