    Fellow initiates who have a cold or the flu should wear masks to cover their mouth and nose when they go to Hsihu Center and/or your local Centers for group meditations. Please continue to wear the mask for a few days after your illness has subsided. Also, they should sit some distance from the others to avoid spreading their illness.
