When I was young, I had always gone to a Buddhist temple with my grandmother and my mother to pray and gain merit. I have gone to the temple continually even after I had a daughter and a son. I still spend time for Buddhist ceremonies, including spiritual practice and meditation with my children.

One day, my sister, who yearned for liberation, was trying to find a true living Master. Finally she got Supreme Master Ching Hai's the Key of Immediate Enlightenment, Books no.1-3, in the Buddhist temple. She was very excited and, with my daughter, she found the Bangkok Center, Thailand. My daughter was interested in this method because it is the best way that she can practice together with her daily routine schedule.

I decided to learn the Quan Yin method and to be initiated along with my sister, my children and my niece in 2002. Then my older sister and my elder sister, including her husband and daughter, were also initiated. In addition, two years ago, my daughter got married to a brother initiate. With Master's blessings, my family, about 10 people, became a Quan Yin family. We regularly go to Bangkok Center for group meditation and sometimes have group meditation at our home. We have got many changes, more happiness, kindness and love.

In the past, for example, I didn't like dogs since I had seen a dog bite people and I had felt that the dog is a fierce animal. After being initiated, my son bought a dog, which mostly I look after and give vegetarian food. It makes me learn about love and helps me to understand that the dog is not to be feared. If we have love for him, the dog will give his love and loyalty to us. That means an unconditional love. Additionally, we also have more ideas and more abilities, such as cooking, dancing, singing and improving of English language, especially as my daughter, in the past, didn't have this skill. She is able to solve the problem better than before. And my son is able to install, fix some electric equipment which he couldn't previously.

In Golden Year 4 (2007), at Hsihu, Formosa, we enjoyed BBQ, singing and dancing with Master. We were very happy, like kids. I looked around and saw initiate friends who have different nationality, religion, skin color, ages and status. Everyone looked friendly and enjoyed together. Most importantly, everyone meditates diligently. I imagine that if everyone in the world would do like this, the world will be absolutely peaceful. I wish everyone have the opportunity to meet Master and learn the Quan Yin method.
