After contacting God, we find that our life is full of miracles. And everything will happen with wonder. Everything will be taken care of; everything will be so full of love, so full of harmony that our souls will find a peace that we never knew could exist up to that moment. For this reason, since ancient times many of our saints and sages have forsaken the whole world because the bliss inside of finding God satisfies him or her so much that they feel almost like they don't need anything else in this world.

But that doesn't mean that an enlightened person cannot function in this world. If we choose to continue our obligations and to discharge our duties in this world, we can continue in a much more energetic, devoted way, a much more loving way and a much more intelligent way. Because the love we have found within is so tremendous, and the peace we have found within is so stable and so everlasting that we can carry any burden in this world without ever feeling tired and without ever feeling remorse or trying to run away from it.

Actually, the meaning of renunciation is not to run away from the world. It's just to forsake or maybe want to devote one's whole life to a larger purpose and serve a larger group of people, or serve the whole world if we are free to do so. Because after knowing God, after knowing the wisdom that we've always had within us, of course we can serve the world better. So many abilities are awakened within us, so many talents remembered, so many different dimensions of solving problems in this world that we will be very busy but very eager to share it with everyone who comes to us for assistance.
