Lithuania and Latvia Have
Received God’s Loving Message

On May 6 Golden Year 3 (2006) a group of six Polish initiates in two cars set off on an 8 day tour around Lithuania and Latvia. We took 30,000 Lithuanian and 20,000 Latvian fliers with us.
We distributed the Alternative Living fliers in many towns of the two countries, we even stopped in the small villages along the way to put up some fliers on the public notice boards and at the bus stops. But most of the distribution was done in the capital cities of Vilnius and Riga.
Depending on the situation, we used different ways to reach the people. In crowded places, like promenades, parks or busy streets, we handed the leaflets directly to people. We felt it to be the best way, since it gave us the opportunity to have direct contact with them, talking and answering their questions.
We found it especially gratifying to visit universities and academic institutes for students, where we were allowed to pin the fliers on the boards and also to leave them on the tables by the entrance for students to take. We also left some in places like internet cafes, shopping centers, pet stores, telephone booths, etc…

Since we had more fliers than we had time, we found it very practical and efficient to put them into people’s mail boxes in big buildings. The only problem we encountered was that most entrances were guarded by intercoms. However, that was solved when God sent a postman, who, after reading the flyer, showed our sister and brother the secret code allowing them to open all the front doors to reach the mail boxes.
After trying our best in Vilnius we realized we still were not able to get the message to the people as fast as we needed to. So we decided to arrange distributing 10,000 fliers with the help of the Lithuanian post. Since we succeeded in doing so, we repeated this trick in Riga as well.
Our 7 day tour went through Kaunas, Vilnius and Panevezys in Lithuania, then Riga, Jelgava and Liepaja in Latvia, and Lithuanian Klaipeda at the end. We managed to distribute all that we had brought with us. We also left some Quan Yin Method leaflets in different places like in the vegetarian restaurants in Vilnius and Riga, and gave some people, who showed more interest, sample booklets.
All the way through everything went very smoothly. Both countries are very beautiful, the weather was great, and people were very friendly, especially in Lithuania. They were glad to receive Master’s message of love.
For some of us this trip was the first of its kind, for others
it was not, but we all learned something new. Feeling Master’s constant
presence and supporting energy, we were fully aware of what an honor and
blessing it was for us.
