A New World through the Eyes of the Spiritual Alphabet

After watching Master’s discourse “The Spiritual Alphabet” during New Year in the United Kingdom, many initiates expressed that they learned to view the English alphabet in a more positive and spiritual way. Since then, it has become fun to see English words.

One day, some sisters and I drove to Danshuei to distribute Alternative Living flyers. In the car, we started to talk about the meaning of English words, and surprisingly discovered the elegance and spiritual meanings embedded within our names. Anna means double force of Almighty and noble. Grace represents Almighty God Ching Hai. Rainbow signifies enlightenment and Ray portrays a yogi with almighty power and light that emanates the brilliant colors of the rainbow. Suddenly our hearts were filled with incredible God power and we felt very elated.

Seeing a car pass by, a sister pointed out that the license plate number began with G and exclaimed happily, “See, that’s God’s car!” Right after that, we were excitedly characterizing the letters on the license plates of the cars passing by.

“C3, Wow! That’s great! Three Ching Hai Christs! The people sitting in that car must be extremely blessed!”

“RW, rainbow-wisdom! The people inside the car must be very wise!”

“AZ, Almighty Zen; that’s fantastic!”

“BD, divine Buddha; it must be an excellent experience sitting in that car!”

“That car is cool! KN, kindness and noble!”

It was as if we had discovered a new world; we could not stop talking about it on the way. The seemingly insignificant license plates unexpectedly filled us with joy.

After reaching our destination, sister Ray, who had been driving for us, said happily that she never had such a pleasant journey as this. Master’s spiritual interpretation of the entire English alphabet seems to bring new life to all things in this world. Even those words or terms which did not have a good meaning originally are now seen in a different light when interpreted with the 26 spiritual words. Moreover, thanks to Master we have not only overcome our fear of learning English, but also have learned to view the world with a more positive and spiritual attitude. Everything in this world is also blessed when we use these words with spiritual significance!
